With travel and face-to-face restrictions due to COVID-19, we adapted our Reach Up training workshop to facilitate virtual delivery.  This was our first virtual training workshop and we used a mix of  synchronous sessions held on the Zoom platform and asynchronous sessions mounted on the Moodle Learning Management System. Seventeen participants, from 8 countries spanning Latin America and the Caribbean, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa and South East Asia, attended the 10 day workshop.

The programme has had to adapt during the coronavirus pandemic but Anas continues to provide services via phone calls and WhatsApp messages, all while using the trainings and activities with his own daughters who’ve not been able to go to school due to COVID-19.
